On March 17, 2021, KABC Executive Director provided testimony to the House Judiciary Committee in support of HB 2150, relating to the reporting of abuse, neglect and exploitation, commonly referred to collectively as “ANE.”  This bill adds certain persons as mandatory reporters, and re-defines financial exploitation, and increases the number of days in which to complete investigations.
